12 hour initial qualifier courses

Choose from one of the courses if you do not currently have a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier License. These courses will fulfill the initial education requirements of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. You have a choice of either course for your initial course. Choose whichever one you want. After passing the course you will be able to apply for the Dwelling Contractor Qualifier License.
